Cancellation and Returns
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
We accept returns of eligible items within a specified period after delivery, provided that the products are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used by the customer may not qualify for a return or refund.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with our policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
